Victorian Bulldogge Purchase Agreement

1) A $500.00 deposit is required to hold a pup.
2) Deposit’s are NON REFUNDABLE. If you decide you don’t want the puppy, you forfeit your Deposit. If something happens to said puppy or mother to be (death, false preg., buyer does not like it, or wants to wait on another litter). You may choose from the next AVAILABLE litter. (not the next litter due unless buyer agrees to take a choice behind whoever has a deposit on said litter).
3) Choice of a puppy is determined on a first come (deposit received) first to choose basis. Buyer will be supplied with photos of available pups when pups are 1 week old or older. The buyer will be given 48 hours to decide on a pup. After deciding on which puppy to take the remaining balance is due within 7 days. After the 7th day, the buyer forfeits their choice until all others with deposits and payments in full have chosen their puppy.
4) ALL shipping or transportation costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Buyer should be aware that weather and holidays make it difficult to ship on airlines. Airlines have restrictions at certain times of the year and the buyer will need to coordinate with the airline to ensure dogge(s) can be shipped. Seller will have pups vet certified. Seller will provide a regulation shipping container at buyers expense. We highly recommend that buyer travels to pick up pup or have us deliver the pup at your expense.
5) We guarantee the dogges/pups are healthy and vet certified upon pickup. We however do not offer this animal as a breeding animal nor do we promise this to be a top show prospect. If you the buyer decide that you want to breed or show your dogge this is a decision that you will have to make, we do not guarantee it to be such. You must have your dogge/pup vet checked within 48 hours of arrival and we must receive a written notice of the health check by your veterinarian.
6) Buyer must provide Spay/Neuter documentation from veterinarian and register said dogge/pup with the Victorian Bulldogge Association within 6 months of purchase. Those making arrangements to purchase a breed-able pup/dogge must register said dogge with the VBA and become a VBA Member immediately. Dogge can only be bred with a registered VBA kennel recognized thru the VBA Governing Board. Or buyer must purchase another registered dogge/pup for the purpose of breeding and maintaining the up-breeding standards.
7) ** Said dogge/pup MUST NOT be registered with ANY OTHER ORGANIZATION/REGISTRY other than the VBA {Victorian Bulldogge Association} if it is recognized as an Olde Victorian Bulldogge. Doing so is a breach of this contract and buyer acknowledges that said dogge/pup must be returned to seller and buyers expense with no moneys refunded to buyer.** NO DOGGE/PUP is to be used in fighting or illegal purposes. Doing so will be a breach of this contract and will result in legal action and expenses will be paid by buyer. Said dogge/pup will be returned to seller at buyers expense.
8) Buyer will also be responsible for any legal fees and travel expenses that are incurred by the seller is buyer is in default of this contract.
9) Buyer agrees that the kennel prefix “Timber Creek Farms” will be in front of the dogges registered name and that no other kennel prefix can be in the dogges registered name other than Timber Creek Farms.

Both BUYER and SELLER acknowledge that no representations, verbal or implied have been made in regard to said bulldogge future abilities. If Timber Creek Farms cannot reach the purchaser by the above stated contact methods, the purchaser will be removed from the list and the deposit kept by the kennel. We highly recommend that buyer notify Timber Creek Farms with any change in contact information and remain in contact with us on a regular basis.
