Victorian Bulldogge Pet Only Purchase Agreement

1) A $500.00 Certified Check is required to hold a dogge and begin purchase process.
2) Deposit’s are NON REFUNDABLE. If you decide you don’t want the dogge, you forfeit your deposit. If something happens to the mother such a death or false pregnancy accepted buyer may select from next available litter.
3) Choice of a puppy is determined by accepted buyer and signed purchase agreement, veterinarian letter and deposit. Buyer will be supplied with photos of available dogges when 1 week old or older. The buyer will be given 48 hours to decide on a dogge. After selecting a dogge the remaining balance is due within 7 days. After the 7th day, the buyer forfeits their selection and other buyers are moved up the list.
4) All shipping or transportation costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Buyer should be aware that weather and holidays make it difficult to ship on airlines. Airlines have restrictions at certain times of the year and the buyer will need to coordinate with the airline to ensure dogge(s) can be shipped. Seller will have dogge certified thru veterinarian, seller will provide a regulation shipping container at buyers expense. We suggest buyer travels to pick up pup or have us coordinate delivery of the pup at buyers expense.
5) We guarantee the dogge(s) are healthy and certified thru our veterinarian upon pickup. We do not guarantee any dogge not delivered in person or pickup up by buyer. We do not allow pickup nor deliver dogge to anyone other than buyer. Buyer will need to coordinate their travel needs. If buyer selects to ship dogge via airline shipping they will need to consider pet insurance. We do not offer this animal as a breeding/show animal. And negligence relating to a pet only dogge being bred or any breeding related occurances to include semen collection and storage are prohibited and breach of contract resulting in legal fees and return to dogge to breeder at buyers expense. A $5000.00 penalty will be agreed to and charged to any buyer attempting to show/breed or collect semen or any other reproductive means. Buyer understands and agrees that dogge will be Spay/Neuter only. Dogge cannot be resold, loaned or other arrangement prior to SpayNeuter is completed and certified thru veterinarian having license, place of business in good standing with State and Federal practices. If a buyer cannot prove dogge has been spay/neutered buyer will be in breach of contract and subject to all fees and legal action and immediate return of dogge to seller. Buyer has 48 hours to visit their veterinarian and have their dogge undergo a health examination. A written notice from veterinarian of examination will be provided to seller within the timeframe stated.
6) Buyer must provide Spay/Neuter documentation thru their veterinarian and a letter must be provided to seller. Dogge must be registered with VBA within 6 months of purchase.
7) Dogge must not be registered with ANY OTHER ORGANIZATION/REGISTERY other than the VBA. Doing so is a breach of this contract and buyer acknowledges that said dogge must be returned to seller at buyers expense with no monies returned to buyer. NO DOGGE will be used for fighting or illegal activities any such activity will be reported and result in legal action. Doing so is a breach of this contract and buyer must return dogge to seller immediately at buyers expense. No Refunds will be provided to the buyer on any breach of contract. Buyer will provide all legal expenses for seller in all cases of breach of contract.
8) Buyer agrees that the kennel prefix Timber Creek Farms will be in front of the dogges registered name and that no other kennel prefix can be in the dogges registered name other than Timber Creek Farms.

Buyer and Seller acknowledge that no representations, verbal or implied have been made in regard to said bulldogge future abilities. If Timber Creek Farms cannot reach purchaser by the supplied contact information, the buyer will be removed from the list and the deposit kept by the kennel. Buyer must notify Timber Creek Farms with any change in contact information and remain in contact with us on a regular basis.
